Endeavor Fitness, led by Keri Brooks, ACE Certified Personal Trainer, offers personal training/personal training camps, in an intimate, outdoor setting.

Our emphasis is on helping you create a balanced body and a balanced life! We insist on educating our clients on how to improve not only their body by their way of life! We believe that by stressing proper biomechanics, balanced nutritional and lifestyle choices and implementing a sensible exercise regime you will achieve your goals while only training with Endeavor Fitness TWO days a week.
Our program provides a winning combination of strength training, “fat-burning” interval training, nutritional guidance, and flexibility and core training to women and men of all fitness levels and abilities.

| About Keri Brooks:
Keri Brooks is the founder of Endeavor Fitness. A competitive athlete and outdoor enthusiast from a very young age, Keri’s passion for fitness and coaching followed her well into her adult life. While working in the corporate world, Keri recognized she missed her connection to fitness and found her calling to make a difference. Keri decided to pursue fitness as a career and regained her athletic and balanced life. For the past 9 years, Keri has worked as an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, and as a Kickboxing, WeightTraining and Pilates Instructor. She has helped countless individuals of all ages and walks of life achieve their various fitness and wellness goals. She specializes in proper biomechanics, post rehabilitation exercises, lifestyle and nutrition management and balanced exercise programming. She is currently working toward becoming a Corrective Holistic Exercise Practitioner.
Keri considers the birth of her two beautiful baby girls (who came in 2006 and 2008) her greatest accomplishments. |
